Mr. Sunil Kilaru, Director of PRIME Living (www.primeliving.in) announced that PRIME Living would be launching two Townships in Malur, Bangalore in the First Quarter of 2014. One is a 20 Acre Layout Project and the Second One is 50 Acre Villa Project. Both the Projects are Gated Communities with Built in Commercial Space available to make these Projects Integrated Townships.

According to Mr. Sunil Kilaru, India needsan Integrated Public transport project, which will include roadways, railways, High Speed Train network (bullet train) and waterways. India is blessed with a long coastline. We should modernize existing ports on one hand, and develop new ones on the other. India needs a National Optical-Fibre Network up to the village level. Unless we have a strong Political Will coupled with Large Scale Foreign Investments, India will never be able to develop World Class Cities. Years of underinvestment in infrastructure have left the country with poorly functioning roads, transit systems and power grids.Bureaucratic red tape and political inertia have thwarted the success of foreign investment partnerships and bruised India’s international standing, discouraging further outside investment. Such large-scale failures have raised sharp debate about how the country’s infrastructure weaknesses will hamper its economic future as it struggles to recover from a slowdown.India’s roads haul roughly two-thirds of its freight and 85 percent of passenger traffic. Only half of the country is paved, and less than a quarter of its national highways meet required standards.

The new state of Andhra Pradesh has to develop a new Capital. This gives us a unique opportunity to showcase the world that India can develop a world class city. Once developed, other cities in India can replicate it. IDF understands the importance of political will and strong leadership to develop Andhra Pradesh. As Elections are due in Andhra, IDF launched a bus yatra in support of TDP. The industry delegation led by IT sector veteran J.A. Chowdarydiscussed with Mr. Naidu on the prospects of industrial development in the new State.Flagging off the bus yatra, Mr. Naidu criticised the Congress for the hasty manner in which it had bifurcated the State without assuring infrastructure and other facilities for the new State. IDF would intensify its efforts to attract investments from the US and other developed countries for accelerated development of Andhra Pradesh.
